I have always known how to read a room. Long before I had credentials or a framework, I could sense when something was off. In a family, in a conversation, in the silence between people who were supposed to love each other.
What I did not know for a long time was that I was living inside the very dynamic I would one day help others understand. The scapegoating. The manipulation. The way I was always the problem no matter what I did or how carefully I moved. The rules changed without warning. Love came with conditions I could never quite meet. And for years, I kept trying to make sense of it. Until the truth became impossible to ignore.
When it finally came into focus, everything shifted. The confusion did not disappear, but it reorganized into something I could see clearly for the first time. That is what I have watched happen for every person I have worked with since. It is like a puzzle you have been working on with pieces missing. The moment those pieces surface, the picture finally makes sense.
That moment of clarity is what I help people reach. Not around it, not over it. Through it.
Since 2017, I've helped clients break through the blind spots created by their trauma. I've built a 150,000+ community across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. People who finally feel seen, validated, and less alone. I've learned not just to survive, but to thrive.
This work is for people who are tired of feeling unheard and are ready to change that.
