Private 60-Min Calls

A focused conversation built entirely around your situation.

Where conflict resolution meets lived experience

I've always known how to read a room and make people feel less alone in it. But it wasn't until I faced what was done to me that I understood what I was truly meant to do.

For years I tried to make sense of what was happening around me. The scapegoating, the manipulation, the way I was always the problem no matter what I did. Eventually the truth became impossible to ignore. I stopped trying to survive it and started building something better.

Since 2017, I've helped clients break through the blind spots created by their trauma. Together, we find the missing pieces and you start to finally understand why things felt so wrong for so long.
